COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT NIAGARA FALLS, USA, Niagara Falls – A Smart Stay in the City

I was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of my room, although it wasn't as close to the Falls as I had hoped, and the balcony was quite dirty. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, just as I expected. However, the location was a bit far from the falls, requiring a walk, though it was scenic. The dining experience was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the freshly caught fish. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay overall great.

The hotel room was spacious enough for my whole family, but it wasn't warm. Having only one parking spot was a bit inconvenient, even though we managed. The service was exceptional, very friendly and helpful, to the point of exhibiting excellent customer service. The location was quiet with a view of the river at the entrance, though it was quite far from the falls. The dining options were limited in the Starbucks franchise, which was disappointing. Overall, it offered great value for money.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room at this hotel. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite with a wet bar, fridge, microwave, and sink. The staff even sent up 2 cups of Starbucks with condiments, which was a nice touch. However, having only one car was a bit of a challenge during our stay.
